Here you can read reviews of books in the library at St. Andrew's Presbyterian. When was the last time your heart was challenged, encouraged, or taught? Curl up with one of these books and change your life....for the better!!

You are encouraged to check out (and return!) books in the library.

We'd also value your comments on any books you read so we can feature them here month by month. Thank you! Read a book and nurture your soul !! If you have your own review of a book you've read, please drop it off at the office. We might feature it here soon.

Here's our latest recommended reading list.....

 "The Mystery of God's Will"

By: Charles Swindoll

What does He want for me? This is a book about the journey of getting to know God and His will for you. The journey is often marked by mystery, but it is never dull or predictable.

We all face difficult decisions. How can we know that the decisions we make are in God's will? Even popular author, pastor and Dallas Seminary President Charles Swindoll says at times he's not been so sure. In The Mystery of God's Will, Swindoll examines this long debated subject from a balanced, biblical perspective regarding his own doubts and experiences. For anyone who's ever doubted God's will, or for those who are convinced of it in every situation, this book will be a real eye-opener.

"Mocha with Max"

Friendly thoughts and simple truths from the writings of Max Lucado.

We are all thirsty for a cup of fellowship. This book will lead you to some satisfying moments of fellowship with the Father. Pull up a chair, turn off all the things that beep and beckon, drink deeply, linger awhile and have a cup with Him.

If you've ever wished you could sit down and have a chat with Max Lucado over a cup of coffee, here's the next best thing. "Mocha with Max" is filled with warm thoughts and simple wisdom from Lucado's writings that are sure to speak to your heart on matters such as hope, love, faith, relationships, and more.
